How it works

SK-Xpress Logistics manages the complete delivery lifecycle through a seamless, automated eight-step process:
Step 1 — Customer Registration & Booking

A customer registers on the platform via the web app or mobile app. They initiate a delivery by entering pickup and drop-off details, selecting a service type, and providing parcel information through a guided step-by-step booking wizard.
Step 2 — Instant Price Calculation & Payment

The system automatically calculates the delivery fee based on distance, parcel weight, and service type. The price is displayed transparently before the customer commits. Payment is collected upfront via card, bank transfer, USSD, or the customer's prepaid wallet.
Step 3 — Automatic Rider Assignment

Upon payment confirmation, the platform identifies and assigns the nearest available rider in real time — eliminating the need for a human dispatcher and accelerating pickup times.
Step 4 — Live GPS Tracking

The customer and receiver can track the rider's location on an interactive map as the parcel is collected and transported. A real-time status timeline keeps all parties informed at every stage.
Step 5 — WhatsApp Delivery Confirmation

When the rider is approaching the destination, the receiver is automatically sent a secure, one-time confirmation code (OTP) via WhatsApp — a familiar and trusted channel.

Upon arrival, the receiver provides the OTP to the rider, who enters it into the app to confirm delivery. This ensures the parcel has been handed to the correct, verified recipient.
